1. What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session includes a quick consultation, a movement assessment, and a personalized workout. We’ll go over your goals and create a plan tailored to your needs.
2. Do I need to be in shape before starting personal training?
Nope! You don’t need to “get fit” to start—we work with all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
3. How often should I train per week?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week, but it really depends on your goals, lifestyle, and availability. We’ll help you figure out what works best.
4. What should I bring to a training session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water and a towel. If you’re training in person, we’ll have the rest. If virtual, we’ll guide you based on what you have at home.
5. Do you offer nutrition advice?
Yes! While we don’t prescribe strict meal plans, we do provide practical nutrition coaching and habit support to help you reach your goals.
6. How is personal training different from group fitness classes?
Personal training is 100% customized to your body, your goals, and your pace. You get individualized attention and a program that actually fits your life.
7. What if I have an injury or medical condition?
We always train with safety first. We can modify workouts around injuries or conditions, and we encourage you to check with your healthcare provider before starting.
8. Do you offer virtual or online sessions?
Yes! We offer both live virtual sessions and online training options so you can work out from anywhere.
9. What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, but we always try to be understanding.
